Refund and Return Policy

At UnitedLuxRide, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund and Return Policy explains the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled when you use our transportation services via https://www.unitedluxride.com.

1. Service Cancellation by Customer

  • You may cancel a confirmed booking at any time prior to the scheduled service start time.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via our website or by contacting our customer support at info@unitedluxride.com.

Cancellation Charges:

Time Before Scheduled Service Cancellation Fee
More than 24 hours No charge
Between 12 to 24 hours 25% of booking value
Less than 12 hours 50% of booking value
After service has started No refund

2. Service Cancellation by UnitedLuxRide

  • In rare cases where we must cancel your booking due to vehicle issues, driver unavailability, or force majeure, we will inform you as soon as possible.

  • A full refund will be provided for cancellations initiated by UnitedLuxRide.

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • The actual time taken by your bank or payment provider may vary.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • No-shows

  • Late cancellations (as per the policy above)

  • Dissatisfaction with the route taken if it adheres to the agreed terms

  • Any damage caused by the passenger to the vehicle

  • Instances of misconduct during the service

5. Return of Personal Items

  • UnitedLuxRide is not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle.

  • If a lost item is found by the driver or staff, we will attempt to contact the customer using the information provided at booking.

  • We will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days.

  • Customers may be responsible for shipping charges if the item is to be returned by mail.
