At UnitedLuxRide, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund and Return Policy explains the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled when you use our transportation services via https://www.unitedluxride.com.
You may cancel a confirmed booking at any time prior to the scheduled service start time.
Cancellation requests must be submitted via our website or by contacting our customer support at info@unitedluxride.com.

In rare cases where we must cancel your booking due to vehicle issues, driver unavailability, or force majeure, we will inform you as soon as possible.
A full refund will be provided for cancellations initiated by UnitedLuxRide.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days.
The actual time taken by your bank or payment provider may vary.
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
No-shows
Late cancellations (as per the policy above)
Dissatisfaction with the route taken if it adheres to the agreed terms
Any damage caused by the passenger to the vehicle
Instances of misconduct during the service
UnitedLuxRide is not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle.
If a lost item is found by the driver or staff, we will attempt to contact the customer using the information provided at booking.
We will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days.
Customers may be responsible for shipping charges if the item is to be returned by mail.
